Budokai’s Cardio Kickboxing Program
This is a group fitness class that is infuses boxing, martial arts along with fast-paced and sometimes high intensity cardio. Kickboxing in general is a full body workout that includes movements such as kicks, punches and other various striking techniques.  The student will increase stamina, improve coordination, flexibility all while burning major calories in conjunction with building lean muscle.  Other advantages are the obvious heart benefits, stress relief, weight loss, improved self confidence and self defense. 

This is a sport specific workout that is challenging and fun to perform for the beginner, more advance or elite athlete.
